Keiichi Takaya is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Letters, Kokugakuin University, Japan. He obtained a Ph.D. from Simon Fraser University, Canada, and has been involved in the work of SFU's Imaginative Education Research Group since its establishment in 2001.
